Black Bean Soup
This warming veggie-rich black bean soup has been very long in the making! I must admit, over the years I have made many bean soups but none of which I’ve ever felt truly excited over. After many improvements, I feel I have something worth sharing.
Because who doesn’t love soup, right? Right!
Serving suggestions
Defrost ready meal
Add a hearty dose of grated Parmesan cheese, served with a crusty roll (for dunking). While it’s tasty on its ownthis soup also pairs well with cooked grains, tortilla chips, avocado, onion, and salsa.
