Our Story

Plated Zen: “Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food”

The time to start eating for good health and longevity starts right now!

We all want to make healthy food choices, but with our busy lives it can be hard to eat a balanced diet. Creating healthy, nutritious, and, most of all, delicious meals has been a lifelong passion of mine. I know all too well how your body does a 360 when it’s not getting what it needs – having personally struggled with digestive issues and inflammation in my joints.

My own health woes led me on a life-changing quest to explore the healing powers of a low-fat plant-based nutrition and guided me to the life I have today. I want to share my secrets with you on how you can become the healthiest version of yourself – without sacrificing the things you love.

As the old saying goes, eat right, feel amazing!
